The Runescape Guide to Clan KBD Killing
The requirements for killing the King Black Dragon are very basic. All you really need to have is good range skills and about 100k to buy supplies and armor. Obviously, you can get better levels and items, but this is meant to be a basic, cheap Runescape guide to earn some extra runescape gold with your Runescape clan, while also having the chance to earn a share of around 16 million gb from a visage drop.
Armor and Supplies
There are two sets of armor that are on the cheap. One is full black dragon hide armor. This will provide a great good range attack bonus, while protecting from some of the attacks dealt by the KBD. To complete this set of armor, you will need to get either a Helm of Netiznot, if you received it from the quest, or just get a snakeskin bandana to boost your range. The other armor you can choose to wear is full ranger void. This is free and even better than black dragon hide; however, it does take quite some time to get it from the Pest Control minigame.
Other items you will have to get are either climbing, dragon, or snakeskin boots, an Ava's Accumulator, a rune crossbow, Diamond (e) bolts, an anti-dragon shield, and an amulet of glory or an amulet of fury.
For supplies, you can keep it very simple. Get 2-3 ranging potions, 2-3 anti-fire potions, a teleport tab to Varrock, and the rest of your inventory should be good food, like monkfish or sharks. You can get better food if you want, but many people think it would just be a waste of runescape money to get anything more expensive.
Fighting KBD
When you are fighting the King Black Dragon, you don't really have to worry too much about dying if you remember to bring anti-fire potions and your anti-dragon shield, because it won't hit you too badly. The most important thing to worry about is getting too close to the KBD simply because it can still melee attack you, and you don't have good melee protecting armor on. All you have to do to avoid this situation is to spread your clan out around the KBD. If you have only 2 playeRunescape going, have one on each side and stay a good distance away. Then all you have to do is attack it, watch your health, and pick up your loot!
Since you are so far away from your other clan member Runescape, go into clan chat to talk so you don't have to run everywhere. Visages are pretty rare, but I have known some people to get 3-4 per month, and they only go an hour or two a day! With every drop, whoever hits the most will always get dragon bones and a black dragon hide, and there are many other drops like rune items as well.

Five Ways to Get Better at RuneScape
Five ways to get better at Runescape.
Hi guys also visit my 10 reasons why i like Runescape guide:
1. Get a higher combat level by doing some easy stuff like summoning, prayer and other combat skills that are currently low. Look and research the Runescape combat formula to get the most out of training combat. With the right money and determination you can usually train your combat to 80 in 1-2 months. After 4 months of playing my combat is already 93. With a high combat skill people will both respect you and you can do more quests and minigames that people with lower combat can't do.
2. Train a pure. Pures are also very highly respected amongts Runescape players. Although pures have the disadvantage of having low defense they make up for it with the huge damage they can hit and the high hitpoints they have. When training a pure you have to have high determination and lots of time because once you get in the 80's of skills it will start to take you a long time to level. When training a pure try to keep your combat as low as possible. The best thing to do with your pure is pking in pvp worlds. If you are not a pker then do not bother training one but if you are you will have lots of fun with the quick intensive battles of pures.
3. Get a skiller. Start your account by training non-combat skills to 99 like woodcutting fishing etc. Then when you can get enough money you can wear santa or even party hats at level 3 and people will be in awe. Also the advantage of having a skiller is that you can start training your combat skills rich.
4. If you have high combat level then the best thing to do is to get rich. The most fun way to do this is either barrows or God-wars with clans or soloing. You can also get rich by killing green-dragons if you have a combat level of 90 plus.
5. The last way to get better is to get into merchanting. This may seem hard but once you get into this it will be very easy and take up little time. This is the best way of making runescape gold. I suggest starting by joining a merchanting clan and keeping in touch with the owner and seeing which runescape powerlevleing he picks till you get the hang of it.
Getting Your First 99 Skill in Runescape
Getting a skill to level 99 is a daunting task. Here is some advice to help you get there.
In Runescape, getting a skill to 99 is the ultimate goal. This is a daunting task, but here are some advice to help you get there:
1.Don't watch your experience constantly. Watching as you receive every single experience will simply like its taking longer. Letting the experience build up will mean that when you do level, it will be unexpected and seem more rewarding. If you do look at your experiences, try to limit this to once every couple of hours.
2.Plan ahead. Set out what your going to do before hand and have a plan. This will help you stay focused. If setting small goals, such as training the skill for an hour or so before doing anything else. Splitting training into small parts makes it less tiresome.
3.Take some breaks. Training one skill for a long time is extremely boring. Take some time off to play some mini-games or train other skills. This way, you won't get bored of playing.
For your first 99 skill, most people go for either cooking or fire-making. Here is some information on each.
Cooking
Cooking is arguably the fast skill to train. As a member, training in the Rogues Den will allow you to cook with a fire literally 2 steps away! At high levels, experience is earned extremely fast, with around 200k per hour. This is achieved by mass cooking sharks, with them not burning at level 94 with cooking gauntlets.
Notice the banker nearby
Fire-making
Fire-making is the simplest skill. Training it is simple, just burn logs! For most people, this would be willow logs, that are cheap and effective. A good place to train is in the Grand Exchange, where you'll see many people fire-making.

Runescape Mining Bots
Have you have ever heard the term "Runescape Macros"? How about, "Runescape Bots"? They have many names, but they are all the same. Although I know exactly what a macro is in Runescape, I thought I would do some research and see what a macro was outside of Runescape.
Macroing in Runescape:
Basically, when you use a Runescape bot, you are using a program that will play the game for you. There are many different types of these, such as; Mining Bots, Woodcutting Bots, Attacking Bots, but they all do the same thing, get levels. This is against the rules of Runescape. Jagex bans thousands of accounts a month due to these cheats. I cannot tell people enough, cheating is NOT the answer. If people would just do the work themselves, then there would be no problem.
Macroing outside of Runescape:
As I promised, I researched and this is what I found; "A macro is a way to automate a task that you perform repeatedly or on a regular basis. It is a series of commands and actions that can be stored and run whenever you need to perform the task. You can record or build a macro, and then play the macro to automatically repeat the series of commands or actions."
Therefore, the reason we have macros for Runescape is.The game is built to where you have to do repetitive actions to gain levels. Scripter's realized this, and decided that it sounded like a job for a macro. Now you have many of these macros out there.
Risks of using a Macro in Runescape:
Using a Macro in Runescape is just asking for a ban. These programs are EASILY detectable, and when you are caught using one, Jagex will show no mercy. They feel strongly that cheating is bad, and so do I. It is just so much easier to mine the ore yourself. Then, you do not have the risk of loosing your account. That should be enough of a reason in itself. Its not? Well, then let me give you some MORE reasons;
Let's say that everyone in Runescape just up and decided to use these cheats. Let's also say that Jagex did not care what so ever and let it happen. In about a month, everyone would have level 99 everything. Prices would drop dramatically because there would be so much of a surplus. Such as, one player would own 100M of Dragon Longswords. Tell me, would the game be fun anymore? For the first few days maybe? After that, it would get boring. There would be no point in using your skills because, everyone else would have it as well. What's the point of dueling, everyone is the same!
So now, you understand why Jagex does not allow these macros. In fact, on January, 19, 2006 Jagex banned over 15,000 Runescape accounts due to this. They also have a system that detects any OTHER accounts used by the player. This prevents them from making a throwaway account that they do not care about. Do not think that you can cheat and it not affects your other accounts. Happy Playing.

Best Runescape Melee Weapons
If you are looking for the Best Runescape Melee Weapons, then look no further. I’m about to show you what are considered the Best Runescape Melee Weapons.
For those free to play members, Rune is the best. There are three different weapons that are always being argued are the best. These are, Rune Scimitar, Rune 2-handed sword, and the Rune Battle Axe. Rune Scimitars are fast, accurate and can pack a punch. Rune 2-handed swords are slow, you cannot wear a shield with them, but they make up for this with their strong hits. The Rune Battle Axe is in between these. Slower than the Rune Scimitar but faster than the Rune 2-handed sword. It is the same with the damage. You CAN wear a shield with the Rune Battle Axe.
Best in the Dragon category has also been argued. I believe the two favorite ones are the Dragon Long Sword and the Dragon Dagger Poisoned. You do not see many people walking around with Dragon Scimitars or Dragon Maces. These are very costly could be one reason.
Of course, the “Best Runescape Melee Weapons” differ from person to person. If you have someone with low attack, The Granite Mual might be the best for him or her. Alternatively, maybe someone likes speed, so his or her best would be the Abbysal Whip. So, if you were to proclaim your weapon the best weapon, would it really be the best? Maybe to you, but to someone else, it would not be. To a person off of Tutorial Island, an Iron dagger would be the best weapon.
So after realizing what the Best Runescape Melee Weapons are, let’s see if you can find the best one for you. If your new, try to gain some attack and strength levels. Once you have them, try getting some Black weapons. Then on to Mith. One your at adamant you have a pretty good level. Then get it to 40 and fork out the cash for a rune scimitar. Now, if your member I would work on your strength. A Granite Mual use to be, and still is one of my favorite weapons.
There are many many weapons proclaimed as the best. However, I will indeed mention one called the Saradomin Sword. It has also been called the SS. It is a beautiful design; its hits are quite good. However, it’s a sword version of the Whip. Its +82 slash and strength and +60 crush. When you use the Special Attack, it drains the whole bar. It is a very strong sword. Is it the best? Doubt it.
There are hundreds of different weapons out there. In addition, Jagex is always adding to it. So don’t be so quick to judge one weapon better than another does. It really depends on the situation. Obviously if you have a dragon long sword and a bronze short sword, the dragon sword is the best weapon in that situation.
Now that you have a different view on the best weapons, why not go out there and see if you can find the best weapon for you, instead of the all around best weapon. It will be a much easier task than finding a weapon that everyone can proclaim the best. Unless you have super awesome mind control powers.
Thanks for reading and enjoy yourself in Runescape!

The Runescape Fishing Trawler
Introduction
Runescape Trawler fishing is a fishing styled mini-game, which can be fun either solo or with team mates. It can be found in Port Khazard, north of Yanille and south of Ardougne.
To start the mini-game, you should talk to Murphy at the docks. Please note that a Fishing level of 15 is required to do Trawler Fishing.
In this mini-game you can catch any sea water fish up to your level, and it is the only way for high-level fishermen to catch Sea Turtles and Manta Rays.
What You’ll Need
You should bring the following things when Trawler Fishing:
50 to 60 Swamp Paste. This can be made by collecting Swamp Tar at a swamp like Lumbridge Swamp, using it with flour, and then cooking the uncooked Swamp Tar over a fire. It can also be bought from the General Store at Port Khazard. Swamp Paste is used to repair leaks in the boat.
One Bailing Bucket (Or more). This can be bought at the Port Khazard General Store. It is used to bail water out of the bottom of the boat.
6 to 10 Ropes. These can also be bought at the Port Khazard General Store, as well as a number of other places. These are used to fix the fishing net.
NOTE: Bring friends, alone it is almost impossible!
Trawler Fishing
To start the mini-game, speak to Murphy at the Port Khazard docks and agree to help him. He will make sure a number of times, and then allow you to get onto the boat.
Once the first person gets on the boat, other team members will have one minute to get on as well.
Once you are aboard, you will need to start almost immediately. If the boat starts to leak, try and fill it immediately by clicking on it. Each time you fill a leak you will use one Swamp Paste. When there is a leak, the boat will begin to fill with water. You can tell how much water is in the boat by the bar at the top of your screen. Keep bailing to keep the bar down.
At the top of the screen, you will also be able to see the status of the net. If it is ripped you will need to go to the rear of the boat and climb up the ladder. Click on the net and you’ll fix it, and one rope will disappear from your inventory.
To bail water out of the boat, click on the bailing bucket to fill it up, and then click again to get rid of the water. If the boat gets full of water, you will sink and end up in the water. To get out of the water, click on a floating barrel and you will end up at Port Sarim, and the boat will again be waiting for you at Port Khazard.
Once ten minutes have elapsed, the mini-game is over. When you get back, inspect the net. Here you can choose what you would like to keep, and leave the rest.
Besides,I recommend you buy some cheap runescape gold and cheap runescape accounts, for our website has run gold business for a very long time and shares good delivery reputation. You can come and have a look!

Runescape Wilderness Tips
Over the years, I have heard hundreds upon hundreds of Runescape Wilderness tips. A lot of them have just been repeated over and over until the information is just common knowledge. So first I will share what I do when I plan to PK, then I will move on to some other Runescape Wilderness tips.
When I am preparing to go to the wilderness I first will put on a Rune platebody, some Rune Platelegs, and a Rune Scimitar. These are my "three things" that you cannot loose unless you're skulled. Then I head over to the Grand Exchange and buy about 100 Tuna Fish. They are cheap, and heal a fair amount of health. I will grab any other items I may need and then fill the rest of the inventory with the Tuna. Normally I am venturing out there to kill Greater Demons, and the rules pretty much are the same for when I am PKing. I almost never attack someone. That will get you skulled and then you risk it all. However, if you can find someone, normally they will attack you. If they do not attack you right off, brag about how nooby they are and tell them to prove their power. Anything you can to get them skulled and not you. Now, if you see a guy with about half of his health bar down, and you know you can beat him, go ahead and attack. But be weary, you never know who is lurking in the shadows.
Now let me give you some tips I have heard through the ages.
Back when I was a lower level, I said I was going to go PKing, and they told me to wait and get level 25 prayer. This will allow you to keep one extra item. I really don't use this prayer anyways, but it's a good skill to have just in case. I have also heard that even if you have a skull on your head it will protect an item. I will have to look into this; maybe I could have been saving all those rune scimitars I lost, Haha.
I would recommend getting about 45 prayer so that you will be able to use protection spells incase of an attack. Once they see that little symbol pop up, they will know they are doomed.
If you can get a group of friends that you can trust, group PK's are definitely the best. I remember once I was out in the wilderness and all of a sudden on my map a flood of people, probably at least 70 of them were rushing at me. They were all in pink skirts and I was dead so fast that they all didn't even get there yet.
Another good idea would be to wear ranger's armor if you're a meelee. You would be safe from Mages, and a lot of PKers are mages now. But you might want to keep a spare plate body, just incase some ranger came out of the darkness.
If you have ever heard of the Muddy Chest and you are wondering where it is in the Runescape Wilderness, then you have come to the right place. The Muddy Chest can be located in the Lava Maze right in the center. Watch out for the Lesser Demons that prowl around there. The chest can be opened by one key, and only one key. The key is called the Muddy Key. You can obtain one from killing the Chaos Dwarfs. The chest will contain random items such as an anchovy pizza, an uncut gem, so on so fourth.
Now, that you know some tips about the Runescape Wilderness, why not get out there and try them? Never know what you will find out there.

Step by Step Money Guide 100K-400K
From this section and beyond, we will focus on making quick, smart, and profitable business deals. No more do you have to do manual labor by having to run other people’s Rune Essence or walk around collecting feathers! The time for business is now!
In this section, you will learn a method to turn that first 100K and quadruple it to 400K! We will use the term “K” which stands for a thousand from now on because adding those extras zeros in the back is ridiculous. If you have at least 400K already, I would recommend you go on to the next section. If not, please continue reading on how you can QUADRUPLE your Gold!
Making Soft Clay
You wouldn’t think something so straight-forward and simple could generate such profits, but it can! This method is called Making Soft Clay. Whatever you may call it, make no mistake that it brings in large profits! The method is ideal for the amount of money you currently have.To start off, proceed by heading to the Grand Exchange. If you already have 1000 Clay Ores, then go to the next paragraph. Trade the Exchange Clerk and offer to buy 1000 Clay for about 100 GP Ea. You should have some money left over, if not, its okay. Now that you have spent 100K, don’t be scared, because once your are done with this method, you will quadruple that first 100K! If you can, try to also purchase 1000 Jugs of Water. If your offer isn’t immediately accepted, you have to get the jugs yourself.
Now bank everything in your inventory and everything you have equipped to make the rest of the process easier. Once you have the 1000 Clay, the first thing you want to do is go to the Gnome Copters with only 1000GP in your inventory and nothing else. Here are the steps to take in order to get 1000 Jugs of Water.1. Trade this guy in order to access the ONLY F2P General Store that sells Jugs with water ALREADY in them!
2. Buy an inventory full of water, which should be 27 of them since you have one slot for money. The jugs are only 1 GP each!3. There is a Depositing Bin right across from the Gnome guy General Store. Head over there and deposit all your Jugs of Water.
4. Repeat the process until you have deposited 1000 Jugs of Water! Before you would have to buy regular Jugs from the Fallydor General Store and bank them, then worry about having to fill all of them up with water. With this method, you’ll be done in no time. Now, head over to any bank and withdraw 14 clay and 14 jugs of water in your inventory. Click on one of the Jugs of Water and use them on one of the clay.
A little menu will appear on the chat box area. There you will see a picture of Soft Clay. Right click on it, and select “Make All”.Now, all the clay in your inventory is turning into Soft Clay! Keep doing this until you run out of jugs of water. Then just refill your jugs with water and finish turning all the clay into soft clay. And Viola! You have 1000 Soft Clay!
Guess what? These soft clays can be sold at the grand exchange for about 180 GP EA! And what’s more is that members buy them very often, because it is something they use to gain fast EXP for their crafting skills. So you won’t have to keep your trade up on the grand exchange for long before you are loaded with GP!Congratulations, you just made your first almost 200K!
You’re not done just yet though. Remember, we are aiming for 400k in this section. So here’s the game plan. Use that 180k and reinvest it into buying 2K clay at the Grand Exchange. Once you have the clay, turn them into soft clay using the method above. Then sell those 2K soft clay that you made and… BAM! 400K! It’s as easy as that! You have money to proceed to the next section! If you’re concerned with the ammount of time it will take to buy the clay and make/sell the clay, perish the thought. It can all be done within a few hours easily! Turning 1k clay ores into soft clay took me about 50 minutes, and doing the same for 2k clay took me less than 2 hours! We recommend that you stick to this method to get to 400K, as the profits are phenomenal.

Make Money in RuneScape as a Member
1.Get 70 ranged & 60 strength/agility/
2.Go to God Wars Dungeon and take a mith grapple and crossbow with mithril bolts/
3.Make sure you are wearing an Armadyl armor piece. The pendant from the guardians in Temple of Ikov is the cheapest.
4.Bring 100 Bones to Peaches tablets, Excalibur, 100 nature runes, 500 fire runes, and the aforementioned mith grapple (Wield Ava’s accumulator!)
5.Go into Armadyl’s Eyrie, and find any aviansie and kill it.
6.Take the bones and any good loot. The bones will eventually replace your food slots, this is when you use one of the tablets to get peaches. This allows you to stay for long periods of time.
7.The best loot from these is 4 noted adamantite bars in one drop. These can sell for up to 3k each! After a couple of hours you can pay off all your equipment and then some.
◦Note: This is not the fastest way to make money in the game, but it does add some excitement to the moneymaking.
Barrows Method
1.Get to level 85 or above.
2.Read up on the Brothers:
◦Melee Brothers:
■Dharok the Wretched
■Verac the Defiled
■Torag the Corrupted
■Guthan the Infested
◦Magic:
■Ahrim the Blighted
◦Ranged:
■Karil the Tainted
3.Stock up on lobster, shark, pray potions, runes, and use lots of armour!
4.Bring teleports for faster travel to the Barrows area, which is tucked away near Port Phasmatys, in Morytania.
5.Find the barrows: follow a player or use a map.
6.Go into one of the barrow mounds. You will fight some stuff and eventually come to a treasure chest guarded by one of the Brothers.
7.Kill the brother!
8.Loot the treasure chest. You will find some stuff worth a bit, and if you are lucky you will find Barrows armor. Barrows armor is armor that resembles that of the Brothers. There are 6 sets of Barrows armor, one set for each. You will not always get armor pieces but after many runs you will have a full set!
9.Sell the set for a few million (or individual pieces for a few hundred K). Alternatively, you could KEEP the set, show it off to your friends, and use the great armor to kill other money-making creatures.
Blue Dragon Scale method
1.Get the following:
◦dusty key
◦50+ combat
◦anti-dragon shield
◦(Optional) Lvl 25 Magic and Varrock Teleport Runes
2.Head to Falador’s west bank and equip your armor and anti-dragonfire shield. Take the dusty key and teleport runes/tab in your inventory.
3.Climb over the broken wall west of the bank.
4.Continue north-west until the dungeon symbol (!) appears on your minimap. Climb down the ladder.
5.Continue down the hall. Stop at the gate with two suits of armor next to it, and a “Cauldron of Thunder”, and enter.
6.Go through the southern Gate. Keep heading east until you reach a two-way junction at the end of path. Don’t go into the room of giant bats.
7.Head south from this junction until you reach a room of magic axes. From there, continue south from the room until you reach a junction. Head west (If you see hill giants, you’ve gone the wrong way).
8.Continue along the path until you reach the lesser demons. Use your Dusty Key on the only gate in the area.
9.Pick up blue dragon scales. You will now see baby blue dragons and blue dragons. You don’t need to fight them; your job is to get the scales that other players have left on the ground.
10.Fill your inventory and teleport back to Falador. Bank the scales.
11.Repeat this process until you have 1,000 dragon scales. Grind the 1,000 dragon scales into dust.
12.Sell the dragon scale dust in the Grand Exchange. There’s a lot of demand for them so you should be able to sell at a high price.
◦Notes: Not recommended for anyone who feels uncomfortable running around the dragons. If you’re really worried, consider taking an anti-fire potion to render the dragon’s fire attacks harmless. Take a break and try something else once in a while.
Bolts of cloth
1.Take 20k and go to the sawmill.
2.Buy a full inventory of bolts of cloth.
3.Bank or sell to Grand Exchange for maximum price.
4.You should make 5k per inventory.
Chocolate Dust Method
1.Buy chocolate bars at the Grand Exchange.
2.Use a knife on them to turn them into chocolate dust. The dust sells for more than the bars cost. Beware, however, that you may occasionally cut yourself with the knife and lose a few hitpoints. The protect against melee prayer is ineffective against this.
3.The only way to prevent this is by using a pestle and mortar.
Combat Method: Fire Giants
1.Get to level 65 Combat with appropriate armor and weapons.
2.Get Fearless of Chaos Tunnels.
3.Get some Teleport Runes (In case of Portal Backfire. Read below.)
4.Head to Edgeville with the supplies.
5.Head North of Edgeville, to the mage named Zamorak (Monk of Saradomin). Beyond him, you should find a red (!) mark. Climb the rope down. You’ll immediately find an immense number of Giant Rock Crabs.
6.Head towards the North-West Portal. You should find yourself in a room of Fire Giants.
7.Head towards the westward end of the room, so you can pick them off one by one rather than 2 at a time.
8.Then, start slaying any you see.
◦Note: If the portal takes you to another room (which uncommonly happens), you’ll have to teleport out and start again…that is unless you can find your way back to that specific room. Don’t worry, it’s not a bug. It’s just part of how the Chaos Tunnels work.
9.Teleport out (once you have all your loot), or simply take the way out the way you came.
10.Sell whatever loot you want and be happy with your cash.
11.You usually get about 200k-300k for every trip.
Canfis Method: Meat
1.Go to Canfis (do Preist in Peril)
2.Buy raw meat or chicken from the meat store
3.Bank
4.Repeat until you have 1-10k meat/chicken
5.Sell in Grand Exchange for about 68 each
TIP:
Wear light clothing to keep you’re run energy up
Combat Method: Wolf Bones
1.Get a high enough combat to kill Level 26 to 78 wolves, as well as decent armor and weapons.
2.Head to Barbarian Village.
3.In the center, you shall find a hole.

Obtain the desired amount of essence you want, head to Entrana any way you choose (with talisman in inventory if not equipped a Law Tiara) and enter the Altar. Request Assistance from anyone inside if your own RuneCrafting level is not high enough. Rinse and Repeat.
•Another way is to use the Zamorak Mage after completing the Mini-Quest (about 10 mins.) He will grant you access to the Abyssal Space, a dangerous place that give you access to every available rune Altar in RuneScape (except Soul, use the ZMI altar for that). More info on this will be released.

Runescape Summoning
What did we find out from the Forums? You told us that familiars did not stick around for long enough before they disappeared, and that renewing them was often a pain. With this update, each familiar stays out for a set period of time, regardless of the summoner’s skill level, so there is no need to renew your familiar. The period that each familiar stays summoned has, in general, been increased – the spirit dagannoth, for example, stays out for a whopping 57 minutes!
Secondly, you told us that summoning familiars just wasn’t rewarding enough. With the rebalancing, we have given each familiar a stand-out ability that makes them well worth summoning – a feature that budding Pikkupstixes have been eager for. You will now find that Summoning a creature is far more preferable to either selling the pouch or high-alching it.
Many of you felt that combat familiars should give combat XP. We definitely agree, so each combat familiar now gives XP when they cause damage. The amount is equal to how much you would have received, had you done the damage yourself. The experience will be in one of the combat skills, which depends on your choice of familiar – the spirit jelly, for example, gives XP in the Strength stat.
Taking your combat familiar into battle will reveal our next improvement: each creature is significantly tougher. They can soak up damage like never before and many will hit harder, making them more than useful for challenges like the God Wars. We can only encourage you to try them out and see just how improved their combat abilities are.
Acquiring charms has been made easier this week, with charm drops added to nearly 20 of our Slayer creatures. For those who prefer sleight of hand over the crossing of swords, we have also added charms to the Dorgesh-Kaan chests, so thieves can access them, too.
Recharging Summoning points has been made easier, with miniature obelisks scattered across the world to keep you topped up; you can now summon familiars almost anywhere and take them with you without worrying too much about having to dismiss them; buttons have been added to help you ‘dump’ items from your familiar to your inventory and your familiar to your bank; headgear and headdresses can hold more scrolls per item; many existing helmets can be enchanted to hold scrolls; and some of the familiars’ inventories have been expanded to a jaw-dropping 30 slots, so your pak yak can now hold more than you can.
Easy Runescape Gold for F2p
In Runescape, it is much harder to make money in f2p than in p2p, Members have countless ways to make easy gold because of their high stats, more skills and more places to visit while the others work hours to get some decent cash. However, there are some easy ways to make money in Runescape. I will list the top five ways here.
AIR-RUNNING
This is probably the easiest way to make money in Runescape since it requires no skills at all and you can make 2000g per minute with it. To begin get your hands on 25 rune essence, either mine it or buy it. Then go to the air altar in world 16, You will notice that the place is very crowded. This is the world 16 aircraft company, the biggest air company in Runescape. You will see that some people are shouting “open 2k”, trade with that person and offer him the 25 essence, he with give you 2000 gold and 25 noted essence. Take the essence to the nearest bank, un-note it, and trade it with another person at the air altar for another 2000g and noted essence. Repeat these steps as much as you want. You will make a ton of money soon.
MINING ESSENCE
Mining and selling essence is a slower way of making money but it gives you some mining experience. To begin with complete the rune mysteries quest, Then go to Varrock in any world between 1 and 8. Go to Aubury’s rune shop and have him teleport you to the essence mines, mine the essence until your inventory is full and then store the essence in the north bank. Repeat these steps until you have 100 essence, take the 100 essence out of your bank (noted) and start shouting “selling ess”, the people there are usually desperate to buy essence so you will get some trade offers soon. Never sell your essence for less than 30g each, You can get at least 3000g for every 100 essence you mine.
NEWT EYES
This is a very profitable business but requires some patience and some starting cash. Get 3k cash and go to the magic shop in port Sarim, the shop sells newt eyes for 3g each, fill your inventory with them and store them in the draynor bank. Keep buying eyes until you have 1k eyes stored in your bank. Now go to Varrock in any world between 1 and 8 and you can sell 1k eyes to people for as much as 250k. This is because anyone who is raising his herblore skill doesn’t have enough time to go back and forth from the bank and will be willing to spend that much money for something so cheap. For those who dont know, Newt eyes are used for making potions.
STRONGHOLD OF SECURITY
For those who don’t know, the stronghold of security has 10k waiting for any player who has enough time to go there. To go to the stronghold, go to the barbarian village and go down the hole that is in the mining site. The stronghold has 4 levels, each level with more dangerous monsters than the last one. You’ll need some good armour, food and defence level to survive the monsters inside. The first level gives 2k, second one gives 3k, third one gives 5k and the fourth one gives some fancy boots. Its a good place to level up for f2p.
MAKING RUNES
It is actually possibly for f2p to make lots of money by runecrafting. Runes sell for 20g each in world 1-8 Varrock. Not only you will gain lots of mining and Runecrafting experiernce, but you will make lots of money. The higher your runecrafting level gets, the more runes you will be able to make, and the more runes you make, the more money you earn. Once you have a lot of money, you can buy the essence from other players instead of mining it and even start your own rune business. Just stay away from body runes, they may give more experience but no one buys them so you’ll just waste time.
Now that you have your information, log on to Runescape and start making some gold!
How To Make Money On Runescape
If you have nothing go to the chickens in Lumbridge. Kill chickens until you have about 1k feathers , sell them for 7-10 each. Then you have about 7k-10k. Buy feathers for 5 each, until you have used all your money. When you have used all of your money sell the feathers for 7-10 each again, do this until you have about 50k-100k.
If you have 50k buy nature runes for 250each, if you spend all 50k of nature runes you should have 200. Sell the 200 nature runes for 300gp-320gp each then you should make 10k and you will be at 60k do the same thing until your have about 100k.
When you have 100k it is a lot easier to merchant. All you have to do now is merchant coal or iron even. Buy coal for 150each with your 100k that should get your around 666. Sell the coal for 200GP+. Now you should be at 133k+. You should do that until you get 200k.
Now you need to buy steel bars for 600 each. With 200k that should get you 333. Sell those for 650 each now you will be at 216k. If you are a member make cannon balls. With 333 steel bars you can make 1332 cannon balls and sell them for 200 each. Now you should have around 266k. Personally I just merchant the coal until I have about 600k then I buy 1k steel bars and make them into 4k cannon balls and sell the cannon balls for 800k. So while you smith a lot you gain much experience.
Now that you know how to merchant just try to buy a lot of runes or ores or what ever you want at a low price and then sell them for more.
Runescape Hand InThe Sans Quest Strategy Guide
Zavistic Rarve will appear and talk to you. You will find out that the hand belongs to his student. You will be asked to investigate. Go back and talk to Bert again. He will give you his work rota. Head off to Brimhaven. South of the Restaurant you will see a small building with a sign saying ’Sand’. This is where Sandy is. Talk to him. You will find that he doesn’t want people prying into his business. Search his desk. You will find his copy of Bert’s Rota. Compare the two, and you will notice they are different. You now need to go back to Bert, and ask him about the discrepancies between the two rotas. He will be confused and ask you to talk to the wizards. He gives you a magical looking scroll.
Go back to Zavistic Rarve and give him the scroll. He will tell you that you need a truth serum to investigate Sandy. Also, he will tell you, that Betty in Port Sarim will make you one. He also gives you an orb to interview Sandy with. He will offer to teleport you to Port Sarim in exchange for an empty vial. First, though, get the following items out of your bank: Red Berries, White Berries, Bulls-Eye Lens, and two empty vials. When you arrive at Betty’s Magic shop talk to Betty. She will ask for a vial, so give it to her. She will then present you with a bottle of water, and tell you to make a rose tinted lens.
First use the Red-berries on the bottle of water. Then use the White-berries on the bottle. Use this dye on the Bull-eye lens. Talk to Betty again, and she will tell you to stand in the doorway with the lens. Walk over to the doorway and stand on the inside. Use the Rose Tinted Lens with the Counter. You will be given an incomplete Truth Serum.
To complete it, you need something of Sandy’s. You will need to go back to Brimhaven and pickpocket Sandy. When you have the sand from Sandy return to Betty. You will receive the completed Truth Serum. Head off to Sandy in Brimhaven. You now need to find a way to get the serum in his coffee. Distract him by using one of the possible lines that you can tell him (it is random which will work for you).
Quickly pop the serum in the coffee. He will drink it. Activate the orb Zavistic Rarve gave you. Talk to Sandy, and he will tell the truth. Extract the confession from him, and return to the Wizard. You will be asked by Zavistic Rarve for 5 Earth Runes and a bucket of sand. He will do a bit of magic and you will see a cut-scene. He will then ask you to help recover his students body. Head off to Entrana. Talk to the Mazion by the sandpit. He will give you the dead wizard’s head. Go back to Zavistic Rarve and receive your reward. This completes the quest
Runescape Autominers
However you couldn’t just leave the autominer running by itself because in the Runescape classic version you are automatically logged out of the game if you haven’t moved after 5 minutes. So whilst the runescape autominer would do the clicking for you, you still needed to passively watch over it to make sure that it was still functioning.
Well with the coming of Runescape 2 came a lot of new initiatives from Jagex to prevent the uses of macros such as Runescape autominers. They introduced random events that required players to actively be playing otherwise they risked dying and losing their items.
This reduced the effectiveness of using macro programs that did your clicking for you. In addition to this it appears that with the coming of Runescape 2, Jagex has become much more receptive to the use of programs in conjunction with the game and as such thousands upon thousands of players are banned quite often for the use of such runescape autominers. So do be wary of the risks of downloading and using runescape autominers.

Money Making Runecrafting Guide
This runecrafting guide includes mining rune essence, which I would recommend getting a high level. If you don’t have high level mining or can’t buy the essence, then read my Runescape Money Making Guide .
Before you start:
Complete the Rune Mysteries quest by first talking to the Duke in the Lumbridge castle. Bring the mysterious object to Sedridor in the WizardTower basement. Then, take it to Aubury in Varrock rune shop. Come back to Sedridor and you’ve finished the quest.
Level 1-22:
Go to Varrock and get a pickaxe (highest you can use). Mine 1,120 rune essence. Use the talisman from the quest and get a tiara. Then, go to Falador east bank. Go south to the air altar. Use the talisman on it, then use the tiara on the altar inside. Then wear the air tiara and go back to the bank. Get as much essence as possible from the bank and go back to the altar. This time you’ll only have to click the altar to get inside. Keep doing this until you finish off the essence. When you’re finished, you can sell the air runes or keep them.
Level 22-44:
Get 10,005 essence and make air runes. By this time, you should be able to make 3 air runes per essence. This makes a profit when buying for 30-35 each. You’ll be able to sell the air runes 15-20 each. That means you make 15-25 profit per essence.
Level 44-55:
If you’re a member, then get 12,332 pure essence and make natures. If you’re f2p (free to play), then get 22,198 essence and make it into airs. Relax, you get profit if you’re buying them. You can make 5 airs per essence. That means for 30-35 each essence, you get 45-65 profit per essence. That’s over 1 million gp!
Level 55-66:
36,625 pure essence if you’re making natures; 65,924 essence if you’re making airs. Air-makers can make 6 airs per essence now. If you’re making airs, that’ll make you almost 4 million gp!
Level 66-77:
108,815 pure essence if you’re making natures; 195,866 essence if you’re making airs. Air-makers can make 7 airs per essence now. That’s 14 million gp!
Level 77-88:
323,355 pure essence if you’re still making natures; 582,039 essence if you’re making airs. Air-makers can make 8 airs per essence now. That’s over 52 million gp!
Level 88-99:
960,962 pure essence if you’re making natures; 1,729,731 essence if you’re making airs. Air-makers can make 9 airs per essence now. At level 91, nature-makers can make 2 natures per pure essence. At level 99, air-makers can make 10 airs per essence. That’s over 181 million gp!
Money Making Smithing Guide
This is my smithing guide; however, this guide requires some pretty high mining levels, so it’s recommended that you read my Runescape Money Making Mining Guide before you read this one.
Level 1-30:
Make bronze bars from copper and tin ores. Then, sell them to buyers on forums (you don’t have to be a member to look for them) for as much as 100 each. If you get bored of making bronze bars, then at level 20 smithing you can make silver bars. They can also sell for high prices on the forums.
Level 30-50:
Make steel bars from iron ore and 2 coal. Sell them for 600 each to buyers on forums. If you get bored, you can make gold bars at level 40 smithing and sell them for 200 each. If you are a member and you want massive experience, then do the Family Crest quest and get goldsmith gauntlets. If you make gold bars with the goldsmith gauntlets, then you can get more experience from them than if you were smithing rune bars.
Level 50-70:
Make mith bars from mith ore and 4 coal. Sell them for 1k each to buyers on forums.
Level 70-85:
Make adamant bars from adamantite ore and 6 coal. Sell them for 3k each to buyers on forums.
Level 85+:
Continue making whatever you’re doing or you can start making rune bars with 1 rune ore and 8 coal. Rune bars can be sold for 12-13k to buyers on the forums; however, for f2p (free to play) players, the only rune rocks are found in high-level wilderness.

Ways to Spend Runescape Money
Let’s Start Different skills take different amount of gp to level. For example, for mining you just need to buy a pickaxe to start training it, but if you should train magic, you need to buy a lot of runes. I will cover each skill with one little text, so just check the text about the skill you’re going to train, and some helpful advices will stand there about how you should use your money when you want to raise the level in that skill.
The combat skills The combat skills takes a lot of money to train. You need armor, weapons, amulets and food. Armour and weapons is recommended to buy at Varrock west bank in a low number world. Same thing with the food and everything else you might need as amulets. Ranging The big range marketplace is in Lowe’s ranging shop in Varrock in world 1. Here you can buy dragon hide armor, arrows from bronze to adamant and pretty much everything you need for ranging.
Prayer First of all: Prayer is an expensive skill to “buy” in F2P. I don’t recommend people who don’t got more than 1M gp to try buying bones for leveling prayer. Ok, now that you know that: The best place to buy bones is Varrock west bank in world 1. Many people here sell big bones, which give you a lot of prayer XP for each bone you bury.

Desert Treasure Quest Walkthrough
Head south to the bandit camp and talk to the bartender. Buy a beer for 650gp, then talk to him again. Talk to him about diamonds, then talk to Elbis in the east part of the camp. Elbis tells you that he can craft some scrying glasses to help you find the diamonds. He needs 12 magic logs, 6 steel bars, 6 molten glass, 1 heap of ashes, 1 bones, 1 piece of charcoal and 1 blood rune. Give the items to him.
South and east of the camp on a small hill is Elbis, surrounded by six mirrors. Look into each of them to find the locations related to the diamonds. Four of them are true and two are false.
Diamond of Shadow section: North of Ardougne you find a man named Rasool. Speak to him and he tells you that someone has stolen a gilded cross from him and that you have to get it back. Go to the bandit camp south of where you started quest. Find a tent with a locked chest in it in the southern part of the camp. Open the chest using a lockpick and take out the gilded cross. Go back to Rasool and give him the gilded cross. He gives you the ring of visibility. Equip the ring of visibility and a trap door will appear in the fenced off area. Open the trap door and go down the ladder into Damis’ Lair. Go though the long tunnels as far to the east as you can. You will encounter level 63 shadow hounds and level 80 giant skeletons. Kill Damis (level 107) using protection prayers. Kill Damis again as he respawns in a stronger form (level 174). Pick up the Diamond of Shadow and run back out again.
Diamond of Blood section: Go to the Canifis bar, as you approach you should see a sequence where a Vampire called Malak collects blood from the bartender Rovar. He then calls you over. Tell him you are looking for the diamond and he will tell you Dessus has it. Malak tells you where he is and how to kill him. He wants you to kill Dessous so that he can own more land. Go to Draynor (glory amulet teleport is best) and go down the trap door near the jail and find the man called Ruantan living in the sewers. Give him your Silver bar and he will make it into a Silver pot. Go to Entrana with your pot and get it blessed by the high priest in the chapel. Go back to Malak, tell him you have the items and he will drain some blood for you. Crush the garlic with a pestle and mortar and add it to the blood. Also add the spice. Get weapons, armour and food and prepare for battle. Walk south from the Canifis Slayer master until you hit the swamp (just west of werewolf agility course). Walk as far south and east as possible in the myreque area. You will have to cross a bridge and will eventually come to a graveyard. Use the pot on the vampire’s grave and he attacks you. Kill him. You can attack him with ranged or a halberd from behind the fence. When he dies go back to Malak in the Canafis bar and he will give the Diamond of Blood to you.
Diamond of Ice section: Teleport to Trollheim and go north to the ice gate. Give the troll child your cake and he will tell you that his mum and dad have been frozen solid by a nasty man who claimed they stole a diamond from him. Squeeze through to the next area. You will get hit occasionally and your stats slowly drain because of the effect of the cold weather. Run until you see the frosty cave. Kill the trolls until all the icicles covering the entrance have fallen off. If using magic cast fire offensive spells to kill the trolls. Squeeze through the cave. Put prayer on and get past the big scary wolves. You feel an evil presence near and you find the ‘bad man’ called Kamil (level 154). Battle him using protection prayers while drinking restore potions and prayer potions. He drops a super restore potion and two chocolate cakes when he dies. Keep walking, forward and spiral around the mountain. Walk until you see an icy trail. Put on the spiked boots. Start up the slippery path. After you have crossed the bridge you will find two frozen trolls, these are the parents of the troll child. Smash the ice to set them free. Teleport back to Trollheim and go to the child again. He gives you the Diamond of Ice.
Diamond of Smoke section: Go south and east of the Bandit camp until you reach the smoking well located south east of the desert mining camp. Make sure you are wearing your face mask. Climb down the well. Walk to the far north east of the cave. Light the north east torch with your tinderbox. Then light the south east one. Then the north west torch, and finally the south west torch. When all four torches are lit you get a message saying you should claim your key. Run to the middle of the west section in a large square room with fire giants. Open the chest in the middle of the room before any of the torches go out to find a key. Run back to the east part of the cave, you will see a gate. Open it with your new key. A fire demon named Fareed (level 167) will appear. He will make you drop your weapon if you are not wearing your ice gloves during battle. He attacks with Melee and Magic. Turn on your prayer and start fighting. When the demon dies teleport or run back out.
Pyramid section: Go back to Elbis and talk to him. Go to the Pyramid south east of Elbis. Use the four Diamonds on the four Obelisks surrounding it. The colour of each obelisk will show which diamond to use with it. The pyramid is now open. Run through the pyramid and you will encounter scarabs (level 92) and mummies (level 103). There are also random pits that can appear and you will fall through and end up outside again. When you reach the bottom level chamber, the spirit of Azzanadra will appear. Speak to it. This completes the quest.

Read the signpost, then head north-east of the slayer master towards the castle. Talk to the doctor and say that you’re brain-dead and that you’re good at grave digging. You’ll now have to find 4 body parts: arms, legs, torso and head.
Firstly talk to the gardener outside with your ghost speak amulet on. Ask him what happened to his head. He will follow you to the haunted woods. Keep talking to him and he’ll tell you where to go. Dig his grave to find the head.
